Occasional wet spots and frosting on your candle are simply natural characteristics of pure soy wax. These spots occur as the wax cools faster in some areas than others, as well as by the candle coming in contact with different temperatures. This can also lead to tiny crystals that form within the wax of the candle. While these are part of the charm of natural soy wax, rest assured they don't effect the candle's burn or fragrance.

Discoloration from Burning
Wooden wicks tend to burn slower than cotton wicks, this may cause a slight charring or ash formation during burning, especially if the wick is not trimmed properly. While this is generally minimal, it can affect the overall appearance of the candle and wax. This will not effect the candle's burn or fragrance.

Rough Surfaces Resulting from Burning
As soy wax cools, it solidifies at different rates, creating a unique, textured finish. This results from the all-natural soy wax blend we use and does not impact the candle’s performance.
