Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange your candle, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase date. We kindly ask that all items be returned in their original, unused condition. Once we receive and inspect your return, after our approval of the requested refund, we will promptly process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 7 days for this process.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that your candle arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us at orders@frezcocandles.com immediately. We will be happy to arrange an exchange or refund.
